Founded in 2007, Robert’s Chocolates is dedicated to creating the finest Chocolate Truffles using only the highest quality chocolate and ingredients.
Robert Cabeca, Robert’s Chocolates founder, has built on his 20 years experience as a Chocolatier & Patissier to combine flavors in unique ways to create a luxurious and enchanting line of chocolates. His dedication to perfection, creativity, and quality inspires him daily to produce the most superior chocolate products possible... and share his creations with you.
Robert has worked with chocolate, sugar, and patisserie for over 20 years and is now offering the finest of his creations. Each recipe is inspired by passion and love for fine chocolate. He has studied with fine confectioners to gain a full appreciation for these arts. He has uniquely modified key production processes to bring out the best flavors in the chocolate you will enjoy and cherish. He takes his passion seriously that it may be experienced and enjoyed by others.
A recent celebrity at the Bucks County Chocolate Show, and soon featured Chocolatier in “Desert Professional” magazine (previously Chocolatier magazine), Robert can collaborate with you to achieve your business Chocolate objectives by creating custom chocolate and/or boxes; even to create your own brand.
All Chocolate Truffles are handmade using Cocao Barry ~ Barry Callebaut chocolate covertures, and E. Guittard chocolate covertures. Both of these chocolate makers produce some of the finest chocolate in the world!
